These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rajajitnpsc.com and the Rajaji TNPSC Academy student and trainer portals (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and enrolling in a course. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

2. Enrollment & Payments

• Course fees are one-time payments shown in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• On successful payment, your student portal login credentials are created and sent to your registered email and phone number.
• Coupons and discounts, where offered, apply only as stated at the time of enrollment and cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment, provided you have not substantially accessed the paid content (such as attending multiple live classes, watching a significant portion of the recorded videos, or attempting several mock tests). To request a refund, contact us at hello@rajajitnpsc.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Refund requests made after 7 days, or where substantial use has occurred, are handled at our discretion.

4. Live Classes, Recordings & Study Materials

Access to live classes, recordings, mock tests and printed or digital study materials is available for the duration stated for your course (“program validity”). Live class schedules may occasionally change; where this happens, recordings are made available on your portal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account, login credentials, or paid content with anyone who has not enrolled.
• Download, copy, record, redistribute or publish course videos, study materials or mock test questions outside the Services.
• Use unfair means during mock tests, or attempt to access or manipulate test content before or during an attempt.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts other students or staff.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without a refund for the remaining program validity, where the violation is serious or repeated.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, video lectures, study materials, test papers and questions, and the Rajaji TNPSC Academy name and logo are the property of Rajaji TNPSC Academy or its licensors. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access this content for your own exam preparation — it does not transfer ownership or any right to redistribute it.

7. Mock Tests & Rankings

Mock tests, rankings and performance analytics are provided as practice and self-assessment tools based on our academy's question banks and grading. They are not affiliated with, and do not guarantee performance in, the official TNPSC examinations.

8. No Guarantee of Outcome

Student results, testimonials and success statistics shared on our website represent individual experiences and past outcomes of specific students. They are shared to illustrate what is possible with consistent effort and do not constitute a guarantee that any particular student will be selected in a government examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond the Services, including individual effort and TNPSC's own selection process.

9. Doubt Support & Mentor Sessions

Doubt-clearing and mentor sessions are provided on a fair-usage basis as part of your enrolled course and are intended for genuine academic queries related to your preparation.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rajaji TNPSC Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, including loss resulting from technical outages, changes to exam patterns by TNPSC, or exam results.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
